Honors Form
You may honor friends and family by asking them to chant the blessings before and after up to four of the Torah readings, opening the Ark, wrapping the Torah (Gelilah), and/or leading the Prayer for our Country. Assigning these honors is optional. Any honors not designated in advance will be assigned on Shabbat morning. The Maftir aliyah almost always goes to the person chanting Haftarah and is not counted as one of the four you may assign.
