We are thrilled that our own Rabbi Betsy has been selected for a small, clergy cohort of The Hadar Institute’s Jewish Wisdom Fellowship: A Collective Learning and Thought Leadership Project for Jewish Professionals.

The fellowship is designed to empower thoughtful, passionate, and engaged Jewish professionals to grapple with deep and abiding questions about how to navigate moral, intellectual, practical, and ethical challenges raised at this time of pandemic. The clergy cohort was created after Hadar received an overwhelming number of impressive applications from clergy members, and decided to design a separate, 10-person clergy learning group/think tank in addition to a 24-person program for other Jewish professionals. Rabbi Betsy’s cohort undertook (online) a learning and thought development project in July and August 2020, which included guided study, group work, and the completion of an individual project.

Rabbi Betsy and two of her learning partners will present a special Zoom webinar on Tuesday, October 6. More info.

The fellowship is supported by the Lippman Kanfer Foundation.
